'Ohana Reunion - May 9 -14, 2017

Aloha Owners,

I hope everyone had a very Happy Thanksgiving and I wish everyone a very happy Holiday Season.

Here is something fun that is being planned for May. It is a great way for owners, both past and present, and family to get together at our favorite piece of Paradise. It should be a lot of fun. Hope many of you and your families and friends can make it. Spread the word. The more the merrier.

November Fundraiser

Dear Kiahuna Homeowners,

 

Kiahuna homeowners and staff once again are honoring the commitment of local heroes dedicated to preserving Hawaiian culture and sharing it with all those who visit this beautiful island.

 

The recipient of this year’s fundraiser will be Hapa Trail http://www.hapatrail.com providing our southern Kauai shore with important historical trails. 

 

At the Nov. 12, 2016 homeowner’s meeting we will have a silent auction of local photography, quilts and would be pleased to add any other items you wish to donate. Your attendance is always appreciated but, in case you are not able to be there you may also donate money directly to the cause.

New Tax ID#'s

                  The State of Hawaii Department of Taxation has sent out new Transient and General Excise Tax ID#s.    Many of you probably received them this weekend or will be receiving them soon.  Roy said to forward the forms to him and he will take care of  posting them.

A day of fun and sun at this community event at the PBAC September 16 between 12 pm and 6 pm

This is a Community Free Event.  Come and observe our keiki in their CrossFit finest!  12pm-6pm Open to all!  Please bring your own towels.  No outside food or drinks!  Come on by!   Tell your friends!  

Now Open - Hapas Outpost!

Great timing!  Just in time for the Kauai Marathon.  Hapas Outpost is now open daily 7 am - 1pm.   Stop by and grab a coffee, smoothie, acai bowl, pastry or shave ice.  The location is perfect!   Right across from Kiahuna!

PBAC Tahitian Show Friday July 8th

Friday July 8th the PBAC will have a Tahitian Dance show at the PBAC.   Tickets for Kiahuna guests are included in the room rental.   (Yes, FREE)   Tickets to the public are $20 each.   This is a great opportunity to see one of the most respected hula and dance troupes of all of Polynesia.  If you are at Kiahuna on the 8th make sure to check it out, if not, spread the word to your guests and other Kiahuna owners.  Please note that the pool will close at 4 pm on Friday in order to prepare for the event.

Parade of Homes Tour

Aloha Owners,

Thanks to all of the owners that participated in the Parade of Homes tour.   We had 5 units that were on the tour.     The Parade of Homes is a great way to get ideas on remodeling and/or redecorating.  It is also a nice way to meet your neighbors.  Thanks to everyone that participated either by showing their unit or viewing the units on the tour.
