requests should go to kia-res@castleresorts.com. Everyone
on team has access to this email.
- Please use
the new fillable pdf form if for some reason you cannot fill out the pdf form let reservations or Denise know and we can email you a doc. form. The reason the form is important is that:
- It asks
for all the required information needed to complete a reservation
- It minimizes
missed items and follow-up questions to the Owner.
- Availability requests should be in writing. Please do not call for availability.
- If using the Owner portal for availability, keep in mind the minimum notice timelines
- Any changes
should be in writing

rate changes in 2019 - 4.712%, total tax is 14.962%
