Reservation Form 2019-2020
Aloha Owners,
Here is the New 2020 Reservation Form for those of you that direct rent. It has both the 2019 cleaning fees as well as the 2020 rates. For those owners that prefer a doc copy of this file let me know. I cannot blog a doc file but I am happy to email you one.

Alan and I are here at Kiahuna. Quick trip, we go home Wednesday. 😢
We just checked out the PBAC! It looks great! I know I blogged about it a month or so ago but I have some of my own photos that I wanted to share. I also wanted to remind owners that direct rent about the Departure Pass. This is great for guests that check out at 11 am but don't fly home until later in the day or evening. The introductory rate is $25 for up to 6 people. They must have stayed in the condo. They can enjoy the club, pool, work out facilities and fabulous shower and locker room. The guests can have their luggage stored and a private locker. I just checked out the new changing room, showers and lockers! VERY NICE. They are air-conditioned. Here are some photos that I took as well as the professional shots.
