FYI - Owners in Building 35

Aloha Owner in Building 35, 

This is an FYI to let owners know that Unit 220 is planning to replace floor tiles in his unit. The project is scheduled to start on January 9, 2020 and is expected to be finished by January 14, 2020. Please let your direct renters know.  Any cutting should be done in the parking lot so that should help with the noise level.

Aloha Owners,

Roy sent me this report from the Hawaii Tourism Authority.   He thought many of you would find it interesting.    He pointed out that  Kauai is down YTD in all metrics – ADR, Occupancy, and RevPar.
