Hope you all had a very happy Thanksgiving.
I thought many of you would enjoy this old
photo of Kiahuna Building 2, from 1973.
Wow! Look at how much has
changed.
I have heard from a few of you regarding the Resort Fee
committee. Yes, I am on the committee
which is looking at the pros/cons of instituting a Resort Fee for Kiahuna Plantation. The committee needs to look at both angles
before making a recommendation. I do think
that owner input is important. I have
already heard from some of you on the subject.
I welcome all comments from owners on this subject. Please email me or call me with your
