Question for those on VRBO


Aloha Owners,

A homeowner contacted me and mentioned that they had not received payments from VRBO from either deposits or final payments.      The guest(s) had paid the money but the money had not made it into this owner’s bank account.   I remember another owner (at least one owner) saying that this happened to them as well.  If any owner out there rents through VRBO and has had issues with receiving payments please let me know.   I can put you in touch with this owner and maybe you can let them know how you resolved it.
