New VRBO Fee

Aloha Owners,
Some of you may or may not be aware of the new fee that VRBO is charging. I think it just started last week. As far as I know it only applies to guests that book using the "Book Now" button which is located on the first page of your VRBO ad. That is how I understand it. I know some of you use the VRBO credit card system to collect the money for the booking. I don't know if this fee applies to those bookings or not. I wanted owners to be aware of this, sorry I don't have all the answers. Below is a TripAdvisor thread discussing the fee. If anyone learns anything more, please let me know. Tripadvisor - Travelers' Choice -named us #13 for Top US Beaches! :) :)

Aloha Owners,
I have had several owners send me the Tripadvisor link which names Poipu Beach Park as one of the top beaches of the United States, it ranks #13. Hanalei is number #24. The next Kiahuna meeting will be at the Bay Club Hotel & Marina in San Diego on February 6th. The RAB meeting will be at 9 am and the AOBO meeting will be after lunch. We hope to see many of you there.

A little change to the RAB Newsletter

Hi,

I mentioned in the RAB Newsletter that Robbie Faeh had resigned from the RAB. Good news is things change and Robbie will remain on the RAB. :) Robbie has always been a wonderful contributor to the RAB so we are happy to still have her on the RAB Board.
